I have no weight expectations for myself. I just wanna lose weight. I’ll keep eating to lose and stop when I’m happy. That’s my new plan. I’m at peace with that - for now.
Coffee for breakfast. Coffee and scone for lunch. Porridge for dinner.
Not healthy but it’s where I’m at. I’m doing whats best to keep my mind at ease.
