Day 7
getting back on track…slowly. went for a long walk. it wasn’t the varied paced run I’d hoped for but as i say - getting there. :)
This morning however (day 8) i weighed in at 137.2 which is the lowest I’ve been in AGES! so, GO ME! haha I get to update my stats now and move a bead into my weightloss jar from my fat jar :D
