Righteo. Back on track we are. These last few days have been great. Nothing intense work-out wise but other than that I’ve been just kinda not going to either extreme. Tomorrow is 40 minute run day and I can’t wait. Getting up nice and early and can’t wait to show the road who’s boss. Burnin’ up the pavements haha. Gonna go sleep now and make sure I’m on my game but sure positivity all the way.
Planning on going vegan at some point in the near future by the way! If any vegans out there wanna send me some advice regarding the transition from vegetarianism to veganism it’d be greatly appreciated! (any tips on eating out actually would be great cos a lot of the veggie options would have eggs and dairy in them :/).
Anyways that’s just an aside! Let’s get going! Model figure by mid May! That’s the achievable aim! x
