Day 38 & 39

Challenge complete! It didn’t go entirely as planned but sure, that’s life. I haven’t gained weight but instead a better workout routine and a better relationship with food! My next challenge is gonna be more goal orientated and shorter! Tomorrow is the wedding!!!

Day 35, 36 & 37

haven’t been keeping everything under a microscope. but i weighed myself this morning and despite what i think could be called serious binging in the past week or two, i have lost weight. .2 of a pound so it doesn’t really count but i was expecting to have gained - in all sincerity! so that’s good! haha woo! only two days left now and today’s going well :)

Things are looking up but I have to say - far from perfect. Not overanalysing cos I haven’t the energy.

Day 30 & 31

serious binging. I’m trying to see this as a positive. It’s difficult. So far I have two positive points. (1) I have binging out of my system and (2) I may loose more weight by going to a restricted diet over the next day or two?

Either way, I’m done with exams, binging and stress. Bring on Summer Time and skinny time and healthy time and sun and sea and sand and soft skin and holidays and ice pops and heat and tans and skirts and shorts and all things youthful.

Day 29

[writing this at 9am]

Today will be my second binge free day.

I’m gonna be home all this time so I’m gonna do my best to stay away from the kitchen to avoid unnecessary snacking. I’m also gonna fit in 2 abs work outs and a walk during the day – it’s supposed to be my day off exercise so I won’t push it for a run.

Calories wise it wasn’t a great day but I have an exam tomorrow - my last before Summer, so I didn’t wanna be hungry while I was trying to study. I stayed relatively healthy though - although I’ll admit, choosing pasta for dinner wasn’t a proud moment :P

Day 28

I’m gonna keep myself to a rigid schedule today [writing this at 11am] because I want to get myself back into good habits. So, here’s my plan:

I’ll let you know if I go over or under on the plan. I have two things to remember today: 1) anytime after 6pm is danger zone for binging and 2) stay away from my sister’s bad food influences because Lord knows, they’ll be there!

I did all of this only thing I did unplanned was a 150kcal yogurt and a 100kcal slice of bread. So my total was actually 462kcal but I’m still proud and happy of how my day went seen as this is my first binge free day in a while :) x

Day 26 & 27

Tomorrows Monday and thank god for that. My evenings have been my biggest enemy the past two days. Gonna nip that one in the bud. I do so well…and then boom, cravings. Also my sister is the single biggest bad food influence in my life and for the rest of this challenge I’m gonna remind myself of that fact! Moving on to tomorrow those two things are being kept in mind! X

Day 24 & 25

yesterday wasn’t too great of a day cos i went to the movies and got pic ‘n mix and that was my dinner. boo! but today i more than made up for it. 40 minute run. TICK! woo. that has been a goal of mine for a long long time and i’ve done it! thank goodness i started this challenge. keeps you on track to a certain degree. i mean, my attitude is that i set really high goals for myself. if i achieve them then GREAT but if i don’t i’ll have achieved something close regardless.

I feel i did well again today (given the circumstances! - day two of exams and today’s one was difficult!)

i’m sure calorie wise it was a fairly heavy day but health wise - which is the best i can hope for at the moment - i think i did well.

Also - big thank you to everyone who gave me advice regarding Bikram Yoga. Each and every comment was about water and drinking a TONNE of it before and after so thanks for that!! I think i’m gonna start this weekend - all things going well.

EDIT: i just realised how incredibly carb-loaded my day was. wooops. haha

bad day in all ways. super stressed for my exams this week. probably won’t eat much tomorrow purely cos i’ll be at my wits end. wish me luck!
