Day 28
I’m gonna keep myself to a rigid schedule today [writing this at 11am] because I want to get myself back into good habits. So, here’s my plan:
Breakfast
Porridge 150kcal approx
Toast 100kcal approx
Lunch
Porridge 150kcal approx
Honeydew melon 200kcal approx
40 Minute Run @ approx 6.5mph 600kcal approx
Dinner
Linda McCartney Vegetarian Burger 62kcal
Sweet Potatoe home made roasted fries 150kcal approx
Total Approx: 212kcal
I’ll let you know if I go over or under on the plan. I have two things to remember today: 1) anytime after 6pm is danger zone for binging and 2) stay away from my sister’s bad food influences because Lord knows, they’ll be there!

I did all of this only thing I did unplanned was a 150kcal yogurt and a 100kcal slice of bread. So my total was actually 462kcal but I’m still proud and happy of how my day went seen as this is my first binge free day in a while :) x
