Day 46 - FINISHED!

I have completed my 46 Day Challenge. It’s over and I’m done! I cannot believe how successful I’ve been. I feel a million times better than I did 46 days ago. I haven’t eaten anything meat/fish or gelatine and I’ve just been feeling so good about myself. I’ve run every other day, I’ve been doing weights and floor abs work outs.

I’m not saying I’ve reached my UGW or that I look like a super model but this makes me proud of myself. I’ve achieved something great and this gives me the strength to go another 46 days with the same enthusiasm.

I will devise a new challenge for myself for Monday but tomorrow, Sunday is Easter Sunday. This means a tonne of meat and chocolate and general unhealthiness for the most part. I couldn’t care less. One day of extravagance has been well and truly earned. Back on the beach-bod bandwagon come Monday ;)

Day 45

of 46! cannot believe tomorrow is my last day at this! wooooooo!

had the best salad ever for lunch today while out shopping with my mom! so nice! totally changed my eating habits this last while :) not saying i didn’t eat a skinny muffin at one point too though…haha! (moderation right?!)

walked the LEGS off myself going around the shops and today was rest day! :O

going for a run tomorrow and gonna make a big healthy salad for lunch cos i’m getting my dad to take me to an asian supermarket to get those funny red thingys they have that Wagamamas put in their salads. NOMM. all in all being all positive! yay! go me!

Day 44

I ate a LOT today. dunno. it was one of those days i guess - i just had the munchies. dear lord if this is any reflection of how i’ll be when i’m pregnant when i’m older well sweet jesus i’ll be a whale. anyways. on a good note - i did run VERY well today. it was really sunny but bitterly cold and i ran non stop for over half an hour - which is good cos i’ve only really been getting back into the more long distance type running. according to http://www.mapmyrun.com/ I ran 5.14km today and as i said, it took 30 minutes. I know i’m only really starting out in the whole running thing but is that good?

Just back from my run. Nothing like coming back sweating, blue in the face, gasping for air and in desperate need of a cold shower.

Day 43

Breakfast - porridge and melon and 2 strawberries

lunch - …

dinner - homemade soup, bread and melon with 4 strawberries

snack - homemade baked fries. (not many)

exercise - walked a good bit in general but i went for a 40 minute fast walk this morning

I can’t be bothered doing calories but i’m sure i did a lot better today than most days so WOO. 3 days left :) can’t wait for Sunday.

Day 42

4 days to go? what is life? haha

today was pretty AWFUL but I’m going for a long long long run tomorrow to make me feel a little better. however i did wear shorts today and felt super wonderful but only inside the house cos it was hail stoning outside :/ haha

Day 41

I’m only happy-ish with today. Not gonna go into it :/ I’ll just do better tomorrow :) Not trying to be easy on myself but I just don’t wanna dwell on the negative. Tomorrow is a new day and a new opportunity and I’m going to make the most of it. 5 days left :D

Day 39 & 40

6 days to go!! I actually don’t remember comitting to anything for this long before haha!

I’m actually not making this up but in my immediate family I have been known as lover of meat and Jelly Baby (I’m the youngest and I love jellies) and now I’ve managed 40 days of not eating either. I am quite proud of myself - not gonna lie! :)

Neither today or yesterday were wonderful calorie-wise but I’ve been eating healthily all the same and went for a run today :)

Tomorrow is Monday and I’m getting back on my low-calorie A Game so watch out! Weigh in tomorrow also. lets hope for a lower than 139lbs result? I may just be aiming a little high on this one haha :P

Day 38

Today didn’t go all that badly. It was a rest day in terms of exercise and eating was healthy but not totally calorie concious. I’m getting strict on calories again on monday :) woo 38 days down. 8 more to go. Never would have thought this possible. This has been a lot easier than I could have ever imagined!

If anyone out there is actually doubting their own power to change things in their own lives - particularly regarding their eating habits - take this as a lesson. You can do what you put your mind to. Clichés are horrible to hear but undeniably true.

Hey..

sorry I haven’t been updating this the past few days :S

I went out on tuesday night and got very very drunk (and i had sworn to not drink til i got to my next goal weight) because this rich american guy - who was more than ten years older than me kept buying drink for me and my friends. he did tell me i was an amazing kisser though it must be said. but then yesterday was the sunniest day ever and i woke up drunk and headed into college. it was an interesting time. :P

I’m back now though. sober posting :P starting again on sobriety haha :)

Including tomorrow (Tuesday), I only have 12 more days of being a vegetarian! I love succeeding with my goals. Can’t wait!

13 days to go? you know what I just noticed? I must have just skipped a day in the middle of this cos there are actually 12 days to go - the 13th day is my completion day haha! anyways, moving on….
